صدق الله العظيم
ترددت قليلا عن كتابة هذا المقال في البداية...لكن قررت الكتابة نظرا لخطورة الوضع الصحي الذي يمر به العالم عموما والعراق خصوصا...
خرجت من المنزل اليوم في تمام الساعة السادسة مساءا لاجل شراء المواد الغذائية مرتديا الكمامة والقفازات وملتزم بمعايير التباعد الاجتماعي...وفوجئت بعدد كبير جدا من الناس في الشارع لايرتدون الكمامات ولا القفازات وغير ملتزمين بمعايير التباعد الاجتماعي وكأننا نعيش حياة طبيعية خالية من فايروس كورونا. المستجد...اود ان اقول للجميع ان السبب الرئيس الذي يقف وراء الزيادة الملحوظة باعداد المصابين هو عدم التزام المواطن بمعايير السلامة الشخصية.
المطلوب من الجميع في هذه المرحلة الحرجة ان نتحلى بالتفاؤل والالتزام لنتغلب على هذه الازمة الصحية.
وعلينا ان لانستهين بهذا الفايروس...رغم انه صغير جدا لايمكن رؤيته بالعين المجردة، قد قتل الكثير من الناس حول العالم.
بالنسبة لي اتبع الخطوات الاتية عند الخروج من المنزل.
١. ارتداء الكمامة
٢. ارتداء القفازات
٣. استخدام المعقم عند الصعود الى السيارة واستخدام المحفظة الشخصية.
٤. الجلوس في مكان بعيد عن الاخرين في السيارة.
عند الدخول الى المنزل
١. ترك زوج الاحذية في خارج المنزل.
٢. نزع الكمامة والقفازات في سلة المهملات.
٣. غسل اليدين والوجه بالماء والصابون جيدا.
٤. تنظيف الفم بمحلول الماء والملح.
ونسأل الله تعالى ان يحمينا جميعا.

God Speaks the Truth
I was a little bit hesitant at the beginning of writing this article. However, i decided to complete it due to the gravity of the health situation the world in general and in Iraq in particular.
I left home today at six pm to buy food supplies. It is worth mentioning that i was wearing a mask, latex gloves and following social distancing criterion, but I was shocked because I saw large number of people in the streets wearing neither masks nor latex gloves. Besides, they were not following social distancing as if we are living a covid 19 - free world.
I would like to tell everyone that the main reason behind the significant increase of covid 19 cases is people's lack of commitment towards personal safety criteria.
What is required to be done by everyone in this critical phase is to be optimistic and following safety procedures to overcome the health crisis.
Moreover, we must never underestimate the virus...Although it is very tiny virus, cannot be seen by the naked eye, it killed many people all over the world.
As for me, I follow the steps mentioned below when l leave home:
1. Wearing a mask.
2. Wearing a pair of latex gloves.
3.Using sterilizer when I get in the car and when I use my personal wallet.
4. Sitting in a distant area in the bus.
When I arrive at home, I take the following the steps:
1. Leaving my pair of shoes outside home.
2. Throwing the mask and pair of latex gloves in the trash can.
3. Washing hands and face with water and soap carefully.
4. Cleaning my mouth with water and salt liquid.
Finally, we ask God to protect all of us...
