Dept of Translation in cooperation with Councelling Unit Organize Workshop titled The Nature of Relation Between Faculty Member and Student
Department Translation in co-operation with Unit of Psychological Councelling and Pedagogical Guidance organized a workshop titled "The Nature of Relation Between Faculty Member and Student" on Wednesday 23-3-2022 in Rasheed Al-Obaidi Hall. The workshop was moderated by the Director of Councelling Unit Asst. Prof. Adnan Ali Hamza (Ph.D.) and delivered by Asst. Prof. Ibrahim Talaat Ibrahim/ Faculty Member at College of Arts. It is worth mentioning that the workshop whose title is highlighted above attended by a number of Heads of Departments, faculty members, employees and students of different departments.
The workshop highlighted the essential elements of the educational process on campus: The Faculty member is the core of the process while the student is the focal point of it. Also, their must be rules to organize a healthy relation between the abovementioned parties on campus and such relations are based on formal, fatherly and friendly ones. The lecturer also spoke about means of marking the relation between them.
The workshop aimed at guiding students towards building a kind relation with their faculty members, appreciating the positions of their faculty members and understanding the limits so as not to cause any problem on campus.
It was concluded by a number of questions raised by attendees that enriched its value.
It is worth noting that the workshop arrived at the following recommendations and conclusions:
1. Building up friendly relation between all faculty members and students.
3. Organizing symposiums and workshops that lead to ingrain human and ethical values on campus.
3. Keeping oneself away from social and psychological emotions that may not exist on campus.
4.Arming oneself with patience in dealing with all parties concerned to sustain the educational process so as to be in harmony with university student psychological stance.
قسم الترجمة بالتعاون مع وحدة الارشاد النفسي والتوجيه التربوي يقيم ورشة عمل بعنوان"طبيعة العلاقة بين الاستاذ الجامعي والطالب"
اقام قسم الترجمة وبالتعاون مع وحدة الارشاد النفسي والتوجيه التربوي في كلية الاداب / الجامعة العراقية ورشة عمل بعنوان"طبيعة العلاقة بين الاستاذ الجامعي والطالب" وذلك يوم الاربعاء الموافق 23-3-2022 على قاعة الاستاذ الدكتور رشيد العبيدي (رحمه الله) .
وكانت ادارة الورشة من قبل الدكتور عدنان على حمزة مسؤول وحدة الارشاد النفسي والتوجيه التربوي وقدمها الاستاذ المساعد ابراهيم طلعت ابراهيم التدريسي في قسم الترجمة وحضر الورشة عدد من رؤساء الاقسام والتدريسيين والموظفين والطلبة من مختلف الاقسام العلمية.
وتضمنت الورشة تسليط الضوء على محاور العملية التعليمية المتمثلة بالاستاذ النواة في الحرم الجامعي والطالب الجامعي الذي يمثل المحور الرئيس في عملية التعليم والتعلم ، ولابد من وجود قواعد رصينة لبناء علاقة صحية بين الاستاذ والطالب ومعرفة انواع العلاقات بينهما والتي تتجلى بالعلاقة الرسمية والابوية والصداقة وكيفية التعامل مع الاستاذ والية ترسيم حدود العلاقة بين الاستاذ الجامعي والطالب.
وهدفت الورشة الى تبصير الطلاب بأن تكون علاقة الاستاذ الجامعي مع الطالب ودية وينبغي ان يعرف الطالب منزلة الاستاذ الجامعي وحدود العلاقة معه لكي لا تحدث اي مشكلة تحط من سمعة الحرم الجامعي.
وخلصت الورشة الى عدد من الاسئلة التي طرحها الحاضرون والتي اثرت النقاشات حول الموضوع.
وخرجت الورشة ببعض التوصيات والنتائج منها ضرورة ان تكون هناك علاقات ود واحترام وصداقة بين اعضاء الحرم الجامعي من جميع الأطراف وضرورة عمل ندوات وورش عمل تؤدي الى ترسيخ القيم الاخلاقية والانسانية في الحرم الجامعي و ضرورة الإبتعاد عن العواطف الاجتماعية والنفسية والتي قد لاتكون موجودة في مجتمع كليتنا و ضرورة التحلي بالصبر في التعامل من جميع الأطراف لأدامة زخم العملية التعليمية لتتناسب مع روحية ونفسية الطالب الجامعي
