Cultural Symposium in Al-Mustansiriya University ندوة ثقافية في الجامعة المستنصرية

شاركنا في الندوة الثقافية الموسومة (ترجمة الاستعارة في رواية مزرعة الحيوان لجورج اورويل) التي أقيمت في قسم الترجمة/ كلية الآداب/ الجامعة المستنصرية مع الاستاذ الدكتورة هناء خليف غني يوم الخميس الساعة ١١ صباحا.

وسلط الجزء الأول من الندوة الثقافية الضوء على شرح رواية مزرعة الحيوان قدمتها الاستاذ الدكتورة هناء خليف وركزنا في الجزء الثاني من الندوة على الية تقويم ترجمات الرواية المذكورة أعلاه الى العربية فضلا عن الآليات والاستراتيجيات والخطوات اللازمة لتقويم الترجمات.

وحضر الندوة أساتيذ قسم الترجمة مع طلبة الدراسات العليا والأولية. 

وشارك الحضور في طرح الكثير من التساؤلات التي اغنت الندوة.

We and Prof. Dr. Hana Khlief Ghani participated in the cultural symposium titled (The Translation of Metaphorical Expressions of Animal Farm Novel by George Orwell). It was organized by Department of Translation/College of Arts/Al-Mustansiriyah University on Thursday 20-2-2020, 11 AM.

The first part of the symposium was dedicated to the explanation of Animal Farm presented by Prof. Dr. Hana Khlief.

As for the second part, we focused on the assessment of the available Arabic translations of the novel mentioned above in addition to the methods, strategies and steps required in the process of assessment.

It is worth noting that Department of Translation teaching staff members, undergraduate and postgraduate students attended the activity and they raised a lot of questions that enriched the symposium.

اكمل المدرس الدكتور ابراهيم طلعت ابراهيم دورة فن الاتكيت والدبلوماسية والبروتوكول التي أقيمت في النقابة العامة للمدربين لمدة ست ساعات من ٩-٢-٢٠٢٠ الى ١٠-٢-٢٠٢٠. وسلطت الدورة الضوء على أهمية الاتكيت في جميع مجالات الحياة وفن التعامل مع الآخرين واتكيت الدبلوماسيين واتكيت المظهر اللائق واتكيت المائدة الرسمي.

 

CCS / Al-Iraqia Univ Completes Diplomatic Protocol and Etiquette Course

Instructor Doctor Ibrahim Talaat Ibrahim completed the Diplomatic Protocol and Etiquette Course in General Syndicate of Iraqi Trainers for six hours, from 9-2-2020 to 10-2-2020. It is worth mentioning that the course highlighted the art of dealing with other people, the etiquette of diplomats, the etiquette of good appearance. Finally, it dealt with the etiquette of dining table.

نشر امين مجلس كلية الآداب/الجامعة العراقية المدرس الدكتور ابراهيم طلعت ابراهيم  كتابا جديدا بعنوان (مدخل إلى الترجمة: مصدر موجز في مجال الترجمة من الانكليزية الى العربية والعكس)

ويقع الكتاب في ١١٨ صفحة. إذ يتكون من ١٢ فصل يتكلم عن آساسيات ترجمة الجملة الانكليزية البسيطة الى العربية والعكس وترجمة الجملة الاستفهامية والتعجبية والمنفية والصيغة الشرطية والجملة المركبة والجملة الامرية وصيغة المبني للمجهول والازمنة وقواعد ترجمة النص والعنوانات الإخبارية ونصوص إنكليزية مترجمة الى العربية والعكس...ويهدف الكتاب الى إثراء طلبة المرحلة الأولى في قسم الترجمة بالمعلومات الضرورية لأجل الوصول إلى ترجمة جيدة.

 

CCS/ AL-Iraqia Univ Publishes New Book titled (Introduction to Translation:   A Concise Reference With Regard To English into Arabic Translation and Vice Versa)

College of Arts Council Secretary/ AL-Iraqia University Instructor Doctor Ibrahim Talaat Ibrahim Published a new book titled (Introduction to Translation:   A Concise Reference With Regard To English into Arabic Translation and Vice Versa). Besides, the book is of 118 pages. And it is divided into 12 chapters, it deals with the Translation of the English Simple Sentence into Arabic and Vice Versa, the Translation of Interrogative Sentence, Exclamation Sentence in English and Arabic, Negation in English and Arabic, If Clause in English and Arabic, English and Arabic Passive Voice, The Compound Sentence in English and Arabic, The Translation of the Imperative Sentence in English and Arabic Tenses in both Languages: English and Arabic, Basics of the Translation of a Text, Rules of the Translation of the Headlines and English texts translated into Arabic and Vice Versa. Moreover, the book aims to enrich First Year Students/ Department of Translation with necessary pieces of information so as to reach out good translation.
