College of Arts Council Secretary/ Al-Iraqia University Instructor Ibrahim Talaat Ibrahim participated in the 36th International Conference titled (Voluntary Work and Sustainable Social Development) organized by the German Board and International Accreditation Organization in co-operation with Al-Araqah Foundation on Saturday 6-4-2019 in the Iraqi capital Baghdad.
